A range of offers - packages or bespoke service
We recognise that your event is unique and we provide either a 'package' of items or a bespoke curated selection of items, depending on your event styling/layout/format. We have an extensive range of colours/patterns/styles to enhance any occasion.
An afternoon/high tea event for up to 10 people
We provide 10 matching trios (cup, saucer and tea plate), 2 cake/sandwich plates, 2 tiered cake stands, 2 milk jugs, 2 sugar bowls and 2 teapots. We also include 10 sets of tea cutlery.
Hire charge: £45 - plus a delivery / collection charge (where required, as set out in our Terms and Conditions)
....and don't forget you can also hire our tablecloths and glassware too!
An afternoon/high tea event for up to 20 people.
We provide 20 matching trios (cup, saucer and tea plate), 4 cake/sandwich plates, 4 tiered cake stands, 4 milk jugs, 4 sugar bowls and 4 teapots. We also include 20 sets of tea cutlery.
Hire charge: £80 - plus a delivery / collection charge (where required, as set out in our Terms and Conditions}

Afternoon/high tea events for larger groups
We can supply crockery for groups of up to 300 people, providing a matching trio (cup, saucer and tea plate) for each person - plus a teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl, a cake/sandwich plate and a tiered cake stand per 5 people.
Hire charge per person: £4 - plus a delivery / collection charge and a washing up fee (as set out in our Terms and Conditions)

Buffet and/or dinner crockery
We can supply crockery for buffet and/or dinner parties too, providing a set of crockery (cup, saucer and tea plate and/or buffet/dinner plate) for each person - plus, if required, a teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl, a cake/sandwich plate and a tiered cake stand per 5 people.
Hire charge per person: £5 - plus a delivery / collection charge and a washing up fee (as set out in our Terms and Conditions)

Crockery, cutlery, glassware & linen packages
We can supply a full package of your required vintage crockery, glassware (we have prosecco/champagne glasses, water/juice/presse tumblers and vintage glass jugs), cutlery and vintage embroidered tablecloths for your event - plus small glass vases too
Hire charge per person: from £6.50/person - plus a delivery / collection charge and a washing up fee (as set out in our Terms and Conditions)
Full set up and clearing away service for your event
If you'd like Derbyshire Vintage Crockery Hire not only to provide the vintage items you need for your event but also to do the set up and clearing away of your items we can do that too - just ask for more information and prices for this personalised service.
